Ikhwezi Lokusa Consulting is 100% percent Black-owned business. The close corporation consults in property development, funding proposals, skills audit, training and capacity building, LED, IDP, business development.

It was established in 2000 and registered in 2001 under the name Ikhwezi Lokusa Trust. However the management committee decided to change from Trust to Consultancy for the following reasons:-Technical support to local, provincial and national spheres of government for cost-effective and efficient services delivery for sustainable socio-economic development, capacity building, skills acquisition and transfer, prudent fiscal management and support of community cooperatives and small micro medium enterprises to accelerate ownership and employment opportunities.

ILC has set itself short and long term goals with specific objectives in terms of vision and mission statements, which require high standards of sustainable services delivery and quality assurance of training materials and capacity building programme's that it offers to customers. In order to ensure that the above measures are realised the Consultancy has entered into partnerships with tertiary institutions to develop acceptable control standards in respect of developing learning material, programmes and measurement targets.
